WHY SHOULD I LISTEN TO YOU?

I've got 35 years of management experience in small to medium sized firms. My expertise is in service and operations management. I've been with businesses at all stages - from those just getting started to those that are stuck to those facing their demise.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CONSULTANTS?

I'm plain spoken, avoid buzzwords, and do not arrive with any preconceived notions. I respect the current team and their institutional knowledge. I don't take credit for anyone else's ideas. I genuinely think that a lot of business consultants are peddling patent medicine - I aim to do something different.

DO YOU HAVE A SUPER-POWER?

Kind of sort of? I am great at writing letters that get results out of giant corporations. They don't always work but my success rate is pretty good. If you have hit a wall in trying to get a big company to do right by you, for a small fee, I can ghost write a letter for you. I've had success writing to retailers, telecommunications firms, vendors, and banks, to name a few.

WHY DO YOU INSIST ON A RETAINER?

It binds us to one another. It lets each of us know that the other is serious.

I'm located in Memphis, TN. I work in person with firms in the area. In order to be of use to you, we need to be accessible to one another. I need to easily be able sit with you and your team - in real life.
